What's the minimum order quantity?
For custom single designs, there is no minimum — we accept orders of 1. For group/bulk pricing, orders of 12+ qualify for discounts.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for the best print quality. We also accept high-resolution PNG or PDF files (300 DPI or higher).
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an additional fee.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely — we always send a digital proof for your approval before we print a single shirt.
